What if my product is damaged?
Upon receiving your item(s), please inspect the packaging for any damage. If you notice any damage, including to the box, be sure to note it when signing for delivery. If you're unable to inspect the package at the time of delivery but suspect damage, please write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt.
If your item(s) arrive damaged, email photos to support@modernhomespace.com, and we will quickly process a replacement or refund, usually within one business day.
