Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@modernhomespace.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If you're returning an item due to a change of mind, you'll be responsible for the return shipping cost. However, if the item is incorrect or damaged, we will cover the return shipping fees.
Restocking Fee
Yes, there is a 25% restocking fee.
Return Shipping Costs
For defective items, we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, including customer remorse, you will be responsible for the return shipping.
How to Return Products
We only accept returns via mail.
Return Label
If you are returning a defective or damaged item, please contact us, and we will send you a return label via email. You can simply download and print the label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. You will also be informed if your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Then, contact your bank as there might be processing time before a refund is reflected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away, and we will work to resolve the issue.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@modernhomespace.com.
Changing Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
